This video highlights the use of Phasefocus Livecyte as label-free system to analyze cell death and growth. Label-free time-lapse imaging reveals both dose and time dependent effects of the treatment of A549 cells with Staurosporine. The total dry mass of all cells was used to quantify cell death and growth over time.
