This video describes how the Livecyte system can be used to image wound cells and analyze their behavior as both an overall population and as single individual cells. Using the Phasefocus Cell Analysis Toolbox software enables the wound area to be measured accurately over time. The images generated benefit from Phasefocus’ Livecyte system and are label-free whilst retaining single cell resolution.
