Gemini 3: The next chapter in sub-nanometer imaging

In this video, ZEISS details the evolution of Gemini optics and introduces the Gemini 3 – the latest in the GeminiSEM line of field emission scanning electron microscopes (FE-SEMs). The ZEISS range of FE-SEMs includes a new chamber to improve image quality, usability, and flexibility, and has been designed to allow the user to take sub-nanometer images below 1 kV without an immersion lens.
