High Throughput Pesticide Analysis in Challenging Food Matrices

Hear Dr Katharina von Bargen, Application Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, explain recent innovations for high throughput and robust pesticides analysis. Learn how the use of either High Resolution Accurate Mass (HRAM), or triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, allowed the determination of 300 pesticides in a QuEChERS extract in a single run. The LOQs were compliant with EU MRLs and method recoveries for all pesticides were around 80-100% with low RSD’s. The complete method is available for download to facilitate direct implementation in the laboratory.
