Simplified Cytometric Methods to Evaluate Impacts on Immune Cell Health in Cytotoxicity Studies
17 Feb 2015Evaluation of immune cell health and apoptosis is extremely important in the drug discovery process and particularly in immunotoxicology evaluation. In the studies described below, several immune cell health assays were used to evaluate impacts of cytotoxic compound/drug treatments in complex samples such as PBMCs. The experiments were carried out using a FlowCellect™ CD4/CD8 T Cell Kit and a guava easyCyte™ flow cytometer.
