Simple Sugars Analysis from Wine by LC-RI Using Luna Omega SUGAR LC Columns
18 Sept 2018Sugar analysis, especially for glucose and fructose, is an effective and important step for wine makers to manage the fermentation process in wine production. Full resolution between fructose and glucose can ensure accurate results. This application note demonstrates the separation of simple sugars from red, white and dessert wine, using the Luna Omega 3 µm SUGAR LC column.
