PolyScience Releases Forced-Age Testing Circulating Bath for Accelerated Shelf Life and Food Stability Testing

A large capacity circulating bath designed specifically for food stability testing, product quality analysis, and accelerated beer and beverage shelf life testing is available from PolyScience.

The Forced-Age Testing Circulating Bath features a -10° to +60°C working temperature range, ±0.5°C temperature stability, and 6.5 cu.ft (50 gal. / 189L) reservoir. The bath is capable of providing up to 2850 watts of cooling capacity at 20°C and has a 2250 watt heater.

Among the Forced-Age Testing Circulating Bath’s other features are an large access reservoir (22” L x 32” W x 16” D / 55.88 x 81.28 x 40.64 cm), powerful circulating pump that provides up to 4.3 GPM / 16.3 LPM internal flow, and an optional RS232 interface for remote control and communication. The Circulator is available for operation using either 208-230V 60Hz or 240V 50Hz single phase electrical power.
