To better understand the sources and sinks, scientists must investigate global greenhouse gas emissions globally as well as on local scales. The EM27/SUN spectrometer offers a dedicated solution for Passive Remote Sensing of emissions. This video provides insight into the collaborative efforts of a several academic and government institutions in Japan towards the effective measurement of greenhouse gases in Tokyo.
