Sequencing the 5th Base - Accel-NGS™ Methyl-Seq Library Kit from Swift Biosciences
28 Jul 2015
Watch this video to learn how Swift Biosciences is optimizing NGS library preparation workflow with minimal PCR cycles required. The traditional method of sequencing methylcystosine creates libraries of double stranded DNA, but bisulfite conversion can damage this fragments. The ACCEL-NGS Methyl-Seq Library Kit creates library molecules after bisulfite conversion but utilizes the proprietary Adaptase reaction to maximize DNA recovery, constructing the most accurate libraries representing sample composition.
