The system, driven by digital microfluidics, automates intricate NGS library preparation and hybridization protocols, minimizing hands-on time to mere minutes. MIRO CANVAS excels in long-read sequencing, target enrichment, and on-demand sample processing, using electromechanical forces to handle droplets, automate mixing, PCR, and bead cleanup steps. The compact device, equipped with an intuitive interface, operates with a single-use cartridge, designed to significantly reduce reagent usage by up to 75%.
