Alan Kidger, Prior Scientific, outlines the features of the newly launched LumenLED designed to offer a choice of 10 wavelengths, configured with either 2 or 4 LED standard wavelengths within the UV and IR range. Ideal for screening techniques the 4 LED’s can be loaded simultaneously. The new technology allows the rapid switching of wavelengths, with the LED mounted directly on the microscope to maximise light intensity.
