Scale-Up of an Analytical HPLC Method for Steviol Glycosides to a Preparative Approach
25 Jun 2019In this application note, KNAUER describes how an existing analytical HPLC method can be transformed to a preparative HPLC using the KNAUER Scale-Up Converter. The example used in this application is steviol glycosides, which are often used as natural sugar substitutes due to a far higher sweetening power than normal sucrose or glucose. However, this approach is also designed to be applicable for the fast scale-up of other analytes.
