Quantification of human cytokine biomarkers using Gyrolab kit reagents
11 May 2023In this application note, Gyros Protein Technologies demonstrates the specificity and robustness of its recently introduced Gyrolab® human cytokine kit reagents for the analysis of single human cytokines (IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IFN-gamma, and TNF-alpha) in human and cyno serum samples containing all five of the cytokines. The Gyrolab microfluidic immunoassay platform promises reliable and precise automated biomarker measurement with high sensitivity, matrix tolerance, wide dynamic range, and assay robustness.
