In this application note, Nanion Technologies presents the SyncroPatch 384, an advanced automated patch clamp system. It features a 32-well mode for flexible usage and cost-effective utilization of the NPC-384 chip. With advanced temperature control, current clamp capability, on-board cameras, and compliance with CiPA guidelines, it is suitable for various applications. The system offers a redesigned patch clamp module, HTS compatibility, and a user-friendly deck layout with integrated cameras. The RecoBox provides easy access to essential functions. The NPC-384 chip is available in different types and ensures accurate compound concentrations. The software package includes PatchControl 384 and DataControl 384 for data recording and analysis.
