High sensitivity allergen detection in wine samples
16 Feb 2024In this application note, YMC Europe highlights the implementation of a highly sensitive method for detecting milk and egg peptides in white wine samples. The method utilizes a YMC-Triart C18 capillary column, enabling a runtime of approximately five minutes. By analyzing three different white wine samples spiked with 0.5 ppm milk and egg peptides, the note demonstrates the detection and identification of several peptides in a single run.
