DxA 5000: A new standard in laboratory turnaround time and sample quality control
17 Jul 2022In this application note, the effectiveness of the DxA 5000 was evaluated in terms of laboratory turnaround time (TAT) and sample manual handling.
Through data collection on specific metrics within the laboratory workflow, analyzed TATs pre- and post-installation of the DxA 5000 were compared. The rate of pre-analytical errors and the completion time of the last sample of the day were also compared to better understand the efficiency and productivity of the new automatic system.
