Development and validation of cell lines with a dynamic range of estrogen receptor expression

In this study, immunohistochemical staining is used to verify the reproducibility and reliability of ER expression in HistoCyte Laboratories’ cell lines and validate that these cell lines can act as controls and can successfully indicate the failure of the assay.
