Benzene Contamination in Baby Food and Beverages by New Generation of Static Headspace Autosampler coupled to Fast GC-TOFMS

9 Jan 2015

Due to benzene high carcinogenic activity, its presence in food and beverages is of great concern. In particular, contamination in baby food is even more critical, since infants are more exposed to toxicity than adults. In this application note, the Fast Master GC-TOFMS has been used for benzene contamination assessment in food and beverage products.
