ANP System

12 Jan 2023

In this product brochure, Particle Works presents the ANP System. The ANP System is a unique, comprehensive and flexible microfluidic system for process optimization of nanoparticles for vaccine and drug development. Simple to set up and featuring walk-away automation, it enables both low volume process development & continuous production of liters of LNP samples for your most promising formulations - running 15 experiments in under 20 minutes. It also allows the user complete flexibility over Total Flow Rate, Flow Rate Ratio, and optional in-line dilution between experiments within a single automated run. Between runs, the system can be configured with the full range of Particle Works reusable glass microfluidic chips, depending on what best suits your application and particle specification.

Combinatorial ChemistryCombinatorial chemistry, also known as combichem, is a technique used in drug discovery to create libraries of structurally related compounds. A library is generated by synthesis with a chemical reactor system or by computer-based modeling of compound combinations. When undertaking combinatorial chemistry consider reagents, buffers, resins and standards.Vaccine DevelopmentVaccine development focuses on creating immunizations to protect against infectious diseases. The process involves identifying antigens, developing and testing vaccine efficacy, and ensuring safety through preclinical testing and multiple clinical trial phases. Scientists use various approaches, including weakened or inactivated viruses, protein subunits, or mRNA. Advanced platforms and rapid diagnostic tools aid in vaccine research and testing.
