Alcoholic Strength in Spirits Drinks

The %vol of ethylic alcohol in a spirit or liquor is derived from the fermentation of grain, fruit, or vegetables and can be measured by volume as the number of liters of ethanol contained in 100 liters of spirits, measured at 20°C.
