AI-enabled automated compound screening for toxicity effects using healthy intestinal 3D organoids
22 Sept 2025This application note demonstrates the automation of a compound testing assay for toxicity assessment using human and mouse 3D intestinal organoids. Intestinal organoids were cultured, passaged, and expanded in Matrigel domes in 24 wells using the CellXpress.ai™ Automated Cell Culture System. The ImageXpress® HSC.ai High Content Screening System was used for the evaluation of toxicity effects by imaging and analysis of phenotypic changes in 3D organoids.
