A consumer-friendly PCR test for sensitive COVID-19 detection
28 Aug 2024The Co-Dx PCR Pro, an investigational diagnostic device, uses gold-standard RT-PCR technology to provide fast at-home and point-of-care testing. Results are displayed clearly on an app and its ease-of-use offers improved accessibility than standard laboratory tests. This poster outlines the simple workflow, from sample collection to data analysis, for the sensitive and specific detection of COVID-19. Results were assessed and showed that the Co-Dx PCR Pro instrument offers performance comparable to gold-standard laboratory RT-PCR testing.
