Agilent offers a complete line of liners for your Agilent GC splitless inlet. Agilent’s proprietary deactivation is important for splitless liners because of the longer sample/liner contact in splitless mode.

Agilent split liners are made to strict dimension specifications for optimal inlet performance and feature the tightest tolerances for od, id, taper and glass wool placement. 

Agilent's Direct Connect Liners provide maximum recovery and minimal decomposition of active compounds for methods requiring splitless injection, such as EPA 8270.

Liners are sealed in the inlet with O-rings or graphite seals. 

Even small leaks in the split/splitless injection port can reduce system sensitivity, cause poor signal to noise ration, increase column bleed, and even shorten column lifetime. Using a patent pending manufacturing process, our inlet gold seals eliminate tiny leaks from machining that can negatively impact your GC performance.
