Thermal cycle up to 230,400 reaction wells in a single process. The Soellex 2.0 is a high-capacity PCR thermal cycler comprised of a three-chamber water bath. The heating system tightly controls the temperature delivering efficient and rapid energy transfer from the water through the Array Tape™ consumable and to the samples.
Capacity
Ranges from one to three dunker spools of Array Tape, each with up to two-hundred 384-well arrays, giving the Soellex 2.0 the capability to thermal cycle up to 230,000 reaction wells in a single process.
