This is actually for the ELGA Pro 150 and I wanted to leave a review for Omar Zraouli service engineer. From install, to post questions, tutorials and extra help with questions he has been amazing. He always get's back to us and has been 100% knowledgeable to be able to help us with things we needed. ELGA is very luckily to have Omar and we are lucky to have him as our Engineer. He even took the time while he was back on site to check on the system and give a tutorial to the staff as well as follow up with emails so we knew the best way to sample the system. I can not say enough about the quality of customer service he brings to this company.
