- Link your data and files - Upload any file to eLabJournal and link it to your experiment. Images of data can also be directly added to the experiment section via the Mobile App.
- User Roles and Permissions - Set up user roles and assign permissions per role. Organizations can set up an unlimited number of roles and permissions for every role in the lab.
- Sign and Witness - GLP compliance requires a sign-and-witness feature. Request a co-worker to double-check the report and complete it with a witness signature.
eLabWebEdit
Integrate any software tool you use in your ELN
For a seamless integration of viewing or editing files linked in your electronic lab notebook (ELN), you can install the eLabJournal add-on eLabWebEdit.
eLabWebedit automatically downloads the file to your computer and opens the program associated with it. When you are finished, you can save the file, and eLabWebEdit will upload it back to the experiment that the file is associated with within the ELN.
In eLabJournal, the file will be stored as a new file version thereby maintaining data integrity according to GLP compliance. You can now focus on your work instead of making sure you have the correct version of the file saved.
