STAT5A/B phospho Ser726/Ser731 rabbit antibody (pAb), sample
STAT5A/B (signal transducer and activator of transcription 5) is a member of the STAT family of transcription factors. STATs undergo serine and tyrosine phosphorylation in response to growth factor or cytokine signaling. This phosphorylation results in dimerization and translocation of STAT proteins to the nucleus. The STAT5 protein is expressed in most cell types and is activated by multiple cytokines and growth factors including: IFNa, IL10, IL6, IL11, IL12, IL2, EGF, among others.
