Immunofluorescence
We are working with the Alzheimer's disease pathophysiology by using the mouse brain slices to find out the immunological biomarkers attraction by these chemokines such as CXCL1, GM-CSF and G-CSF and for this reason, I conducted a immunofluorescence assay by using rabbit anti-mouse G-CSF antibody from Sony Biotechnology company and it gives us clear, and good signals under the Zeiss Fluorescence microscope. I can recommend this antibody for the immunofluorescence assays conducting researchers. My strong suggestion will be conduct immunohistochemistry assays with this antibody and also it is possible to prepare a matrix on the flow cytometer with this antibody.
