Reviews
Good specificity but low sensitivity.
WB/IP/IHC/IF
This antibody specifically binds for human/mouse NFATc1, but sensitivity is little bit low. This detected NFATc1 protein over-expressed in cell line, however was not able to detect endogenous NFATc1 in mouse cell line whereas could detect human NFATc1 in tumor cell.
