Reviews
The Ab performed well however it is important that each lab perform its optimization on the specific tissue type they are interested. In the end however the Ab performs well and I would recommend it to another lab. We have published our data from using this Ab.
Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescences
The Antibody worked on both FFPE and frozen with adjustments to our protocol. However, we observed high background and had a lot of trouble shooting to perform. The Immunofluorescences was tested on both FFPE and frozen human tissue sections of liver and had a lot of background. We could not optimize well enough for FFPE so we switched to immunohistochemistry. We found quite a bit of background and by modifying the antigen retrieval we were able to obtain specific binding. on control tissue and our liver samples.
