Performs wel, bright stainingl with low background/ non-specific staining
Flow cytometry
This antibody performs well with good bright staining, reproducibility and low variability. We use anti FcR blocking agents and blocking serum before staining to reduce background or non-specific staining on myeloid cells that may be in our samples. We titrated down this reagent as we do our staining in 50ul, so we found that we could use this at half the recommended quantity ie 2.5ul /test.
