Quality staining of minimal populations
Flow Cytometry
Ab is greatly effective. I was able to stain a minimal population within a very difficult tissue (highly fibrotic, collagenase-dissociated, poorly infiltrated by immunological subsets). Staining proved to be reliable and specific. Yet, I suggest a fine titrating before use.
