One of the best antibody clones to stain mouse basophils (tested PE and APC)
Flow cytometry
Fairly good for pulling out basophils in blood, spleen, and lymph nodes. Best to combine with FceRI or IgE as well. Some non-specific binding that are mostly B cells (which you can easily gate out).
