Use a bright fluorophore to analyse NK-1.1. expression
Flowcytometry
The Alexa700 fluorophore was not bright enough to label NK cells. After troubleshooting with technical support, a Bv421 labelled AB was trialled, this worked well for staining NK1.1. on NK cells. Although this specific AB was not good for this application, the support team was very helpful and great to work with.
