Performed well for immunofluorescence.
Immunofluorescence
The antibody was used for immunofluorescence of a cancer cell line that was treated with a PARP inhibitor. We used an automated microscope to image the cells and could see clear PARP labeling. It appeared to be specific to PARP protein.
