CF®633 Goat Anti-Human IgA (Alpha Chain), 2mg/mL
Biotium's goat anti-human IgA (α chain) is labeled with CF®633 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF®633 dye has excitation/emission at 630/650 nm. It is prepared from antibodies purified by human IgA-affinity chromatography. The antibodies react specifically with IgA heavy chains (α chains) and not with immunoglobulin light chains. To minimize cross-reactivity, it has been adsorbed against human IgG prior to conjugation.
