The Horizon XcelVap Automated Evaporation System is a modern, compact benchtop laboratory product that provides rapid, gentle evaporation of up to 54 sample extracts, ranging in size up to 200-mL each. The Speed-Vap IV is an improved evaporator for use in oil and grease sample preparation for gravimetric measurement. The new evaporator includes a timer and chime to make it easier to know when the evaporating sample must be observed, so the operator can be involved in other tasks.
