Automated SPE for PFAS using EPA Draft Method 1633 (Extraction of non-potable PFAS matrices)

The SPE-03 8-Channel system, best known for automating PFAS extraction following EPA Methods 537.1 and 533 is now being used for EPA draft method 1633. This video touches on many considerations of the method and how the SPE-03 with MOD-00P Volume-Matrix Plus configuration can address each solid-phase extraction requirement for non-potable matrices. Full automation of the method is achieved through automatic rinsing of sample containers of all sizes mentioned in draft Method 1633, allowing the SPE procedure to run unsupervised.
