Xanthones Purification with Centrifugal Partition Chromatography SCPC-250
6 Sept 2018In this application note, centrifugal partition chromatography (CPC) is used to purify xanthones from an extract of garcinia mangostana pericarp. It shows how interfacing CPC with mass spectrometry can provide a new automated analytical methodology for screening crude natural extracts.
