Validation of MO BIO’s PowerMag™ Soil DNA Isolation Kit on the Automated Liquid Handling VERSA 1100 Workstation
15 May 2017This scientific poster presents a study which validates the use of the VERSA 1100 Workstation in combination with MO BIO’s PowerMag™ Soil DNA Isolation Kit for the automation of DNA isolation from high humic acid soils. It demonstrates that the VERSA 1100 Workstation and its modules on the deck are optimal in their performance, with the system capable of processing 96 samples in a single run, minimizing human error.
