TOC/TN Determination in Municipal Sewage Plants

This application note describes a fully automated method of determining TOC/TN levels in the untreated inflow, the pre-treated effluent, and the final effluent of a municipal sewage plant using the multi N/C® 2100S TOC/TNb analyzer from Analytik Jena. The samples were measured at a wastewater treatment plant in Germany using a direct injection system for optimized particle handling.
