Time Savings and Improved Reproducibility of Nitrate and Nitrite Ion Chromatography Determination in Milk Samples
19 Oct 2011In this study, a milk sample is subjected to an acid precipitation step prior to loading the sample into an autosampler vial. The remainder of the sample preparation is completed in-line with an InGuard® HRP sample preparation cartridge. Nitrite and nitrate were then separated on an IonPac® AS20 column and detection was carried out by suppressed conductivity using a Reagent-Free™ IC (RFIC™) system.
