The iQue Screener Platform Enables Simultaneous Measurement of Beads and Cells in a Single Assay: Profiling of Cytokine Secretion, Cell Phenotype, and Proliferation in a PBMC Model
26 Mar 2015In this case study, PBMCs were used as the biological model with phytohaemagglutinin to stimulate cytokine secretion and T cell proliferation. IntelliCyt’s MultiCyt® QBeads™ and Cell Proliferation Dye Panel were used to simultaneously detect cytokines and cell proliferation, respectively, in addition to the immunophenotyping of CD3 and CD8 cell subset in the same multiplexed assay.
