Start-up Routine and Tip Washing Efficiency Data of the Active Deep Well Tip Wash Station 384
2 Dec 2014In this application note the tip washing efficiency of the active deep well Tip Wash Station 384 was determined quantitatively with optimized pump settings and different washing liquids after different numbers of washing cycles using a fluorescence read-out. Furthermore the start-up routing for the active deep well Tip Wash Station 384 was described in detail.
