SPR & BLI - Verified Fc receptor proteins partners for antibody drug development
7 Mar 2022The neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) is an Fc receptor that is structurally related to the major histocompatibility class I (MHC-I). It forms a heterodimer protein with β-2-microglobulin. It was first discovered in rodents as a receptor capable of transporting IgG across the epithelium of a newborn's gut into the bloodstream. Further studies identified similar receptors in humans and other mammals. In this application note, find the Fc receptor range from ACROBiosystems.
