In this application note from Techcomp Lab Products, the Precisa Series 340 prepASH® thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) is introduced. Combining furnace, high precision balance, and automation, the prepASH® 340 Series enables a reduction in workload through the simultaneous TGA analysis of moisture, ash and volatiles content. Typical applications are analyses of thermoplastics, elastomers, thermosets, metals, ceramics and coal & coke. The Precisa prepASH® is also capable of analyses in the chemical, construction, food, animal feed, agricultural product and pharmaceutical industries.
