REAlease Fluorochrome Technology - Label-free Cells After Cell Sorting for Maximal Flexibility
4 Feb 2019REAlease® Fluorochrome Technology relies on recombinantly engineered antibody fragments that are, unlike conventional antibodies, characterized by low epitope binding affinities. A novel covalent conjugation approach allows for multimerization and fluorescent labeling of these antibody fragments. They form the so called REAlease Fluorochrome Complex, which facilitates high-avidity cell binding that is comparable to conventional antibody fluorochrome conjugates. This novel and innovative conjugation chemistry allows for fast removal of the REAlease Fluorochrome Complex from the cell surface by adding the REAlease Release Reagent after flow sorting.

AntibodiesAntibodies are used in techniques such as confocal and fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, ELISA, ELISPOT, immunohistochemistry, western blotting and immunopreciptation. Select specific antigen reactivity, high specific affinity, low non-specific binding, monoclonal or polyclonal, primary or secondary antibodies and associated conjugates such as an enzyme or dye for visualization.FluorescenceThe emission of fluorescence occurs when a photon of energy is supplied to a fluorescent chemical compound by an external source, causing it to become excited. Fluorescence can be detected and measured for different purposes using microplate readers, fluorescence microscopes, fluorescence scanners, and flow cytometers.Engineered AntibodiesEngineered antibodies are modified to enhance specificity, stability, and functionality for therapeutic and diagnostic applications. These antibodies are central to immunotherapy and biomarker detection. Compare engineered antibody solutions in our directory to find top products and reviews.
