Rapid identification and development of SARS-CoV-2 selective Optimers
22 Dec 2021In this application note, using rapid in-house Optimer® selection and development processes, Optimer® reagents specific to the SARS-CoV-2 S protein were identified. The flexibility designed within the Optimer® selection process enabled analysis of the viral protein in both open and closed formats for simple assay development and monitoring and detection of live virus.
