Rapid and Reproducible DNA Isolation from 1 ml of Whole Blood with Thermo Scientific KingFisher Flex
19 Jan 2011This application note shows that the KingFisher Flex utilizes fast and reproducible automated method to purify DNA from high volume blood samples. From 1 ml of blood the total DNA yield is >40 μg with all the kits used. Also, the KingFisher Flex is the only open platform that can be used with different magnetic particle kits resulting high quality DNA with all the kits.
