Quantitative analysis of pain panel analytes in oral fluid using microelution SPE and LC-MS/MS

The method utilizes a mixed mode strong cation exchange Strata™-X-C microelution 96-well plate for sample cleanup and a Kinetex™ core-shell 2.6 µm Biphenyl column for fast chromatographic separation. The poster includes a representative chromatogram, linearity curves, and mutiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) transitions and linearity data for 32 pain panel analytes in oral fluid. It addresses the challenges of analyzing oral fluid samples and provides a solution using specific equipment and techniques.
